Warranty
We stand behind the quality and performance of our conveyor belting. Our warranty outlines the terms, coverage periods and conditions that we have put in place to ensure transparency, accountability and long-term reliability across all Interflex products.
Warranty Terms
Interflex textile reinforced conveyor belting is guaranteed to be free from any faulty materials or workmanship for a period of 36 months from the date of delivery to your receiving depot at site. In addition, the guarantee applies for 24 months from the date of installation, with the total period not exceeding 36 months.
Interflex steel cord conveyor belting is guaranteed to be free of any faulty material or workmanship for a period of 36 months from date of delivery to your receiving depot at site.
Proper storage, maintenance and handling procedures must be adhered to in order for the guarantee to stand in full as per the Interflex Conveyor Maintenance and Storage Manual.
In the event of any belting being faulty and the same is confirmed by our workshop, such belt shall be replaced at a value not exceeding the original supply value. The value shall be determined taking into consideration the service condition and may be replaced on a pro-rata basis.
Any warranty claim will be subject to the maximum value of the belting under claim. In the event of a valid claim, the original warranty period will remain unchanged and will continue to be calculated from the original date of delivery.
Any conditions or damage caused by malfunctions of the conveyor system, poor maintenance or by mechanical damage will not covered by us. Conveyor belting is an engineered product and the specification ordered must be suited to the application for which it is intended.
